Challenge Accepted

Stoneway launches, bringing a fresh approach to meeting the defining challenges organisations face today.

Stoneway today launches as a new strategic communications and engagement consultancy, evolving from Invicomm to reflect the increasingly complex challenges organisations face in a fast-moving and highly scrutinised business environment.

Stoneway’s purpose is to partner with organisations to build resilient brands and enduring relationships with the audiences that matter most.

Its model combines strategic advisory with creative activation, recognising that effective communications today require alignment between insight, narrative and execution across multiple stakeholders.

As such, the new consultancy marks a step change in how the firm positions its work with clients, with its offer centred on the critical moments organisations face when reputation, growth, leadership and trust are tested.

“Challenge Accepted” sits at the heart of the firm’s ethos, reflecting the role it plays when organisations reach pivotal moments that challenge their futures.

Recognising this, Stoneway is launching its Challenge Framework, a set of workstreams designed to equip organisations with the strategic insight and communications capabilities needed to navigate complex organisational challenges with clarity, credibility and impact.

The launch also sees the appointment of Mark Garraway as co-founder of Stoneway, joining Sophie-Marie Steenkamp, founder of Invicomm.

Mark Garraway said:

“Having known the Invicomm team for several years, it was clear how powerful the combination of strategic advisory and creative activation can be when you combine real talent from both parties. By bringing these capabilities together under Stoneway, we are strengthening our ability to help organisations navigate complex environments and communicate with stakeholders with greater clarity and impact.”

Sophie-Marie Steenkamp added:

“Understanding the DNA of an organisation has always been central to our work, determining how we communicate, with whom and why. Stoneway builds on that foundation by strengthening our advisory capability and expanding how we activate communications across different stakeholder groups. Our focus is simple: putting our clients’ challenges first and helping them build trust with the audiences that matter most.”
